The new level and rewards will be assigned from the 1st January of the following year, depending on the R gained the previous year.
You can collect R with your purchases: 1 euro = 1 R. In case of fractions, the average will be calculated for excess (for exemple 100.1 euro = 101 R). Furthermore, it is possible to collect extra R in special moments during the year. You can't collcet R with the purchasing of Gift Cards and Wedding List. Shipping costs compete to gain R.
Yes, R will be removed when the return will be approved.
Your R can't be converted in credit or in rewards. They only contribute to determine your level.
Yes, you can collect R also buying on Rinascente On Demand. R will be updated after the receipt's emission.
No, it isn't possible to transfer your R to another Rinascentecard
All you need to do is communicate your details at the cash desk and the R earned will be loaded into your balance.
You can always check your balance in your personal area on Rinascente.it, in your Wallet. If you purchase in store, you can check your balance on your receipt.
Yes, on the receipt you can find the balance of your R earned since January 1st excluding those obtained with the last purchase.
R reset every year starting from the 1st January and don't cumulate. You reach the new level depending on the number of R collected during the previous year.
The purchase of a Gift Card doesn't compete to collect R. Only if you use a Gift Card to purchase, you receive R.
If you should have been assigned R or Rewards but they are not visible on your balance because your card was not swiped during the purchase or due to a technical problem, you can contact our Customer Service. Remember to have with you the receipt relating to the purchase for which your Rs have not been charged.
At the start of the new calendar year you will be assigned to a new level, which is calculated on the base of the R that you have collected during the previous year.
Your level and rewards are valid for one calendar year. You will keep the same level for all the year, regardless the R your obtain

The 20% Upgrade Bonus can be spent online on a single order and in-store in a single day, within the current calendar year.
An Upgrade Bonus will be assigned from the next year 2024 as soon as the Rinascentecard holder reaches an upper level from the previous year. It is a bonus which can be spent online and offline, excepted for marketplace products and lease for business unit brands, within the solar year in which it's been received. It is delivered as a discount or a digital gift card and it is different depending on the level reached. This bonus can't be used in bar and restaurants.
