From the historical vineyard of Nero d'Avola. The name Vigneto del Torrone Bianco refers to the soil in Tenuta San Giacomo: it looks like a Sicilian white torrone. Here, on calcareous soil, the natural power of Sicilian wines meets the elegance and freshness. This results in a balanced ripening of the Nero d’Avola grapes, which preserve a surprising acidity, giving it longevity. It stays for 18 months in large barrels.
