Cultivated at 700m above sea level on the Ficuzza estate, the Pinot Noir grows elegant and delicate, from which we obtain this metodo classico sparkling wine with the addition of Chardonnay from the same estate. The altitude and the terroir offer the right conditions for Pinot Noir to develop its elegance. After five months, the refermentation in the bottle begins, followed by 36 months of aging on the lees.
